Gabriela Vizcaíno LL.M. has practiced corporate law since 2007, working at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP before setting off to practice independently.

She has extensive experience in domestic and international transactions, advising clients on corporate issues and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international commercial contracts, investment projects and arbitration.

Mrs. Vizcaíno is admitted to the NY Bar and Buenos Aires Bar.

In addition her work as an attorney, Mrs. Vizcaíno has co-founded several start-ups, including LEAF Social and Silobag.
